Default Sick female roborowskii I need some suggestions

I purchased a female roborowskii several weeks ago. At the time she ate like a pig 3 superworms and 4 med. phoenix worms. All seemed well. Now I'm noticing her tail is starting to shrink and shes getting a pinched look infront of her rear legs. Shes still drinking well and is a WC specimen. In fact she was doing well enough that I took her out of her quarenteen tank and placed her with my trio. I've noticed NO aggression from any of them towards her. in fact she and the male seem to pal up and share a rock in the tank. They are in a 20 long with an undertank heater @ 85 degrees on 1/2 of the tank, I feed dusted crickets(3/8") size every other day. I was feeding them gut loaded crickets that were fed the Repashy entomeba fix hoping to get her the medicine. Thanks for your help.

I put her in with a lexan divider so they could see each other for a few days prior to introduction. As I said she and the male seem to be paling arout quite a bit and I haven't seen any types of aggression between her and the other females....Any suggestions. The tank does have multiple hides so everyone can get away from each other
