This book was suggested to me to ID them. As far as i've found it's the best reference there is on all of the frog eye species. However, it's pretty vague about their care in captivity. It just gives the very basics and a bit of an overview on their habitat. An interesting book either way. Geckofauna of the USSR and contiguous regions: by N.Szczerbak and L.Golube

I did find another book that is suppose to have Teratoscincus in it, but I do not personally own it. It also has 77 species in it with info on captive care. Here's a blurb on it:
"This beautifully illustrated volume explains the history, evolution, and range of the species, and also provides the information necessary for all aspects of gecko care and breeding -- including housing, heating, lighting, incubation, diet, and the treatment of disease. This book, written by two of Europe's most eminent gecko specialists, will prove an invaluable addition to the library of anyone who deals with geckoes in an amateur or professional capacity"
Geckoes: Biology, Husbandry, and Reproduction

Hope that helps. Personally I found all the info i needed, with the exception of species identification specifics, online in care sheets.
