Hey Cliff,
Yep, he's getting over the 'skittishness'. He doesn't bite or bark. He barked once only when I grabbed him too hard, I think.
I hold him in my hands, BUT his tongue tickles!!! LOL! It's a strange sensation!
The pics you see is him hanging on me for at least an hour. I try to let him stay with me 15 minutes a day.
Does he look as if he's putting on the proper weight?

Thats awesome that you are getting him to "calm" down for you. It really helps show others that it isnt impossible. He does look like he has proper weight. He looks really good.
