Default Nose Rubbing?

Well as some of you may or may not know I have moved my tokay gecko to a much larger tank last week. He has not eaten since but I am assuming this is normal because of the stress from the move. I am not so freaked out by this as it is considered normal behavior.

What I am concerned about is that every night after his exploring around the tank is done, he seems to try and escape by rubbing his nose on the screen at the top. Can anyone shed some light on this strange behavior? Every time that I catch him doing it I try to give him a little spray so he will stop.

Another thing I am concerned about is that my full grown female leopard gecko is on the other side of the room and can be seen from his cage. Could this possibly stress him out more? I thought I heard a small noise come from him when she came out earlier tonight.

More info would be handy - How old is he? Whats the temp/humidity? a picture of the tank could be handy as well.

Does he have shedding problems?
Does he have enough hiding spaces?
What about Air circulation?
Substrate?

edit:

If this is the terrarium i would put another hiding space.
Something he can crawl inside like a bird house or a piece of drain pipe hollow bamboo,...
Also try to put some big rocks on the bottom mine didn't like walking on loose substrate that can stick on their feet + they will warm themselves on the rock when the light goes out + it's decorative.

Dracaena sanderiana can be toxic to pets!
