Mine hatch out right around 90 days. Could be worse.

My first two have been developing for 172 days maybe I dont have them warm enough at night they should be able to survive fluctuating temps right? it gets down to 70 at night but then goes up to 80 during the day is this okay or will it endanger the eggs?

i just had a pair of eggs hatch. these were eggs i had given up on. these were laid back in january. i feared it got too cool or dry, after the death of the fogger. they lay inside a hollow log now. she should be laying again within the week or so. so i was checking on her and noticed they were a little more aggressive than normal. a good sign as she does this usually when she has laid eggs.

even better, 2 baby tokays looking up out of the log. parents on top with mouths open waiting for me to try and take their babies. gonna do that tonight, but need to find the gloves first.

another update on my tokays, its been a while recently 4 of my eggs have hatched and two more have been laid this leaves me with 7 eggs left with probably one infertile. YAY! i'm probably going to move the oldest which is now a month old to a seperate tank so the more recent babies can get more food. whats the recommended age tokays should be sold at? i've been feeding dusted termites and crickets nightly and are showing no signs of MBD.

I usually wait to ship mine till they are atleast a month old, I have sold a couple locally to people I trust that were only 2-3 weeks old and they did just fine.
