Once you have them sexed, (you could have two females who are competing and eating each others' eggs?) what I did was I put tons of paper towel tubes in the cage, and they tend to lay inside those, so I can just remove the tube and incubate if I need to. Corkbark works as well. Basically, just put loads of decorations in that are removable, but provide lots of "nooks and crannie" for them to want to lay.
You can also provide a shallow dish of calcium powder (make sure it has no phosphorus) for them to lick as it sounds like they want/need the extra nutrients.
Do you dust and gutload your feeder insects?
