my tokay, clyde, seems to have had a slight rectal prolapse. do these ever fix themselves? his husbandry is all good though he has been moved to a new enclosure and being a tokay is easily stressed. (temp around 85, humidity always over 50 and he has been tested for parasites). I've read that this is pretty much a vet only fix but the prolapse is only about a centimeter

sooooo happy, checked him about an hour ago and it was back in and looking like a normal vent. problem solved, he's back in his enclosure (i put him in a critter keeper with paper towels so it wouldn't get worse from coco fibre and whatnot). Still don't know what caused it, maybe he was mad and tried too hard to poop on me

I would just keep a eye on him for a while and make sure it dosnt come back.
