i got it in mexico there they call it palo de brazil it would be like brazil stick or something

It sort of looks like dieffenbachia. I cant tell for sure but just giving you a heads up if it is its toxic. Check it out and see if it is. To me its a toss up but just tryin to help if it is. But I really cant tell for sure so dont freak out.

no, i'm very sure they're not toxic i know alot of people who use that plant in geckos and no problem

Ok cool I just didn't want somethin bad to happen you know. I would like to find some of those about 3 foot tall for a few of my tanks since they arnt toxic then. To bad its cold here and all the plant shops are closed for the season.

That's plant common name (at least here) is "Palo de agua" , something like "waterstick" and is very popular plant.
