It does not look like a morph to me. Just looks like a poorly colored tokay that needs some TLC. If it is wc it wouldn't be a morph just a color variation most likely from the local it is from.
once you keep the animal under the right conditions it will color up normally. basically the colors it is showing are not good, and if the gecko is yours, ya need to straighten out its husbandry conditions.
