I just got her today I think it is a her?when I got it there was no tail well about a 1 inch of tail.I just never had a gecko with a newly broken tail,do I have to do any thing for it or just let it be.

Just let it be, it will grow back. When the loose tails in the wild they grow back without any help from humans.
