How old is she? Maybe she is just really old and it is about her time? I seriously doubt it has anything to do with parasites. I would just make sure you keep her well hydrated and maybe she will come out of it. Do not try to force feed her that will just make things worse.

Could she be egg bound? Can you tell if she is carrying unlaid eggs (see or feel them in her abdomen)? If this is the case, I'm not sure that anything but surgical intervention would help.

Ok, she started eating after my first post in this thread and gained weight up to ~42 gramms. But now again refuses to eat and down to 37 gr again. When I feed her, she grabs a food and then throw it away when before swallowed grabbed cricket\superworm. Problem same as before - to get fecal test you need fecal to analyze, but she's not eating so no fecal at all.
Also, never saw her hunting, twice a week I get her and feded with crickets\sw's from my hands, cuz she was thin and I was afraid she would die. Do someone saw similar behaviour with their geckos?

and how is it going with the eating?
i've the same with my tokays now.
they both don't eat anymore.
they do come out and are active but they just don't seem to eat anymore.
the mine are not tame and i can't handle them.
they're very fast and hide when they see me.
i'm going to try to feed them with babymice monday maybe that that will help.
