Recently, I noticed, that my tokay female stopped eating, even refusing force-feeding strictly and became rather skinny. What possible problems that could be?
She's in pretty big tank (75 lit.) with male tokay. I'll try to leave her but still afraid that she'll get sick or even die during her "restoration time" as I can't esteem that time.
the reptile data base might be able to help you find some place closer to you I found out there is a lack of herp care there.but to me I am not a expert yet I'm still in school vet.sci and bio. I think it is stress thy not picking her up so much my golden geckos did not eat for like 2 weeks when I hand tame them but I waited till there older. My tokays I just pick em up if I have to not that I fear them there just happy being left only.
I would try and get a fecal sample in to a vet to test for parasites if you can. The problem will be determining whose poop is whose. Also, if she's not eating, she may not be defecating.
Try Herp Vet Connection or ARAV redirect you may be able to find a reptile or exotics vet near you, hopefully.
Or maybe google for European exotics veterinarians?
