Lets see if I can help you.
About the eggs, I think it takes like 2-3months, but seek it, there's a lot of info about it.
Shedding can affect the apetite, while they usually eat it and I've also noticed they feel kind of uncomfortable during the last days before the shed and sometimes just don't want to eat, but that isn't always like that.
I didn't understand your last question :S
Hope this helps until someone with more experience answers..

HI Everyone,
I think I can help. My average incubation time is about 90- 110 days. The warmer they are incubated the faster they hatch but Ive noticed that they are a little smaller than the ones that are incubated a bit cooler. Now when they are shedding Ive noticed this for all of my herps the appettite will drop off until they are done shedding. That only happens for at most a day or two so its nothing to worry about. And as for the biggest tokays to live. Im not sure But heres a pic of one of my males and he tops at 190g and 14 inches.

He's the one that is easiest to handle despite his size. Its my smaller ones that are really unpredictable. Although he throws temper tantrums sometimes, and Ive gotten a couple good scars from him.

The reason shedding effects their appetite is because they eat their shed. That is perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. I have a male tokays that is 13" and just over 200grams (it has been a very long time since I have weighed him so I dont know exact weights).
