Default injured tokay- what should i do?

My new Tokay gecko (bought 2 days ago) must have bitten my other Tokay gecko at some point today. The injured Tokay has an open wound on her nose that is a little bloody. You can see where the skin was bitten and pulled so there are two different parts that are open. Any suggestions on how to take care of this? Can I put antibiotic cream on it? I will be taking the aggressive Tokay out of the tank immediately. Thanks!

Hi everyone - I separated the tokays - the female who is injured does has a piece of peeled up skin on her head but i am hoping she will heal up - i think touching her will be more stressful then helpful. I had 2 females together already so I guess three is to many...

Try a little betadyine or iodine on a qtip and try dabbing it on. It will stay clean and help it heal. DO NOT use triple anibiotic or any antibiotic cream it softens their scales and the slightest catch or scrape on something could rip the skin more.
Good Luck
