Tokay help!
Hi all!
Do males with less than a year old "sing/call"?
I bought a "couple" in February and they were 5 months old according to the seller (which makes them born in September '08 ). Apparently they were different with one having a broader head than another and more agressive. I believed the man.
Thing is, we're in mid summer here and the hasn't called yet, which led me to suspect. I want to avoid grabbing him because he is VERY shy and runs for cover in the enclosure he also tends to lunge at hands and i'm afraid I might hurt him when grabbing him.
I also thought that he has the female right next to him, so maybe he doesn't need to call, or just called once or twice and I missed it (I spend a lot of time at home, but not ALL the time).
So, not calling at 10/11 months old makes him a girl?
Thanks!
