I have 2 tokay geckos that I bought from a local pet store. When I first got them, they were both loud, energetic, and constantly showing me the inside of their mouths. Now, 5 days later, they just sit in the same place all the time. They don't move, don't eat, and if they drink, it's through osmosis when I spray them. The cage is warm enough, and the misting keeps it humid. They just are not interested in any food at all, and they're getting fairly thin. The female looks skinnier than the male. Is it normal for tokays to not eat for this long after buying them?

It is normal that they go a while without eating when you move them to a new home. You have to mist them for them to drink, they don't use water bowels. Only offer them a couple crickets every other day. If they do not eat them take them back out. Sooner or later they will get hungry and eat.
