Default Tokays don't want to eat any more?

please help,
i've searched the older topics but this is a differend case.
my tokays , the male and female stopped eating for 5 /6 days now.
i tried other food, nothing works.
they are not tame and verry shy so i can't make pictures, they hide when we come into the room.
when i want to feed them by hand they don't react because they hide.
they are still active though, thats the strange part.
they do come out in the evening and at night.
the temp and huminityare the same as always.
i just dont get it.
does any one have any suggestions?
i'm getting a little worried right now.

Why are you trying to hand feed them? Just put the food in the cage for them to eat on their own time not yours. If you are only hand feeding it sounds like they are scared of you and just not hungry enough to eat. As for other things that could cause it, is their heat up in the 90s?

i usaly never hand feed them i still don't. i let them always eat at there own time.
i tried it once because they didn't eat for 6 days and i thought that when i held some in front of them they might take it. and by handfeeding i ment with a pair of special tweezers.
but they are eating again.
their heat is allright.
