to start trying to handle my tokay? he quacks at me all the time. btw how bad does the bite hurt at 2 months?

If you want to try to "tame" your tokay, the earlier you start the better. Just be careful about him/her dropping it's tail. And realize that if he gets away from you, you're not likely going to be quick enough to catch him.

I have pretty much stopped handling my hatchlings because they just kept dropping their tails. Even if you don't hold them by the tail, if they feel freaked out enough, they'll drop it.
