That's a bummer!!! Make sure to take pics and contact the seller immediately.

Are you 100% certain that it's dead? I know that it sounds crazy, but I've seen herps that got so cold during shipping that they appeared to be dead. But after warming up for a while actually ended up being ok. Also, make sure to keep the body in case the seller requests that you send it back.

Im pretty sure. His toes are curled up and his eyes are sunkin in a little bit. Also there was some sort of warm bags so i dont think it was too cold.

Well hopefully you bought it from a respectable seller that will replace the animal without giving you a hard time. It's bad enough to loose an animal in shipping. It's even worse when the seller doesn't back up their sale. Was it a wild caught or captive bred animal?

He was captive bred. The seller is fefunding the cost of the gecko seeing as theres no more males and i already have a female and wanted a partner for her. (so i could try breeding)

Well, I'm sorry for your loss. But at least the transaction went ok with respects to getting a refund. Hopefully you'll find another male in the near future.

I'll just corroborate what Ethan said. The attached photo below is of a caramel albino Tokay that I had just received via the airlines that came in freezing cold, upside down, immobile and rigid, with toes curled and eyes sunken. I was sure it was dead. About a full hour after warming up, it starting acting like a normal Tokay.

With Fish kind of happens the same thing. I worked in an Aquarium for years and as Fish arrived from an importation sometimes they looked just like they were dead. It is in part becuase of the shock and poor conditions (cold water, lack of Oxigen, etc). We just had to give 'em some time in better conditions and they started acting normal as Ophidiophile said.
