Could be the stress of the male in the cage with her. How many clutches has she laid. A female will stop eating right before she lays but if the male has been bugging her for a while she could have stopped eating way before that, and the stress is starving her. Also laying takes quite a bit from their calcium storages. She could have a lack of calcium. Id say put her in a hospital tank where you can keep an eye on her. Try and get her to eat, and give her a dish of calcium powder to lick from. A vet would be the next step. It is normal for a female to be a bit sluggish but what youre experiencing is a cause for concern. I hope shes alright.
