I have a female that looks almost exactly like number five. The only two off hand I have seen before is number six which looks to be a melanistic. The other one being number four, it looks like a leucistic (some have pattern on them) to me.

Those are some nice looking tokay morphs. I would worry more about proving out the various "morphs" than I would worry about what to call them.
