Male
Default female fights???????

good day every one, i have 2 female tokay, one is 11.3 inches long and healthy, and is in a big enclosure, the other is coming out quarantine, and is about 7 inches long, she is a little skinny, today i introduced each other and try to leave them in the same enclosure, seemed to me that they were not exactly introducing each other, I saw no agressions at all, no biting or barkin or something like that, but, the smallest had allways her mouth opened and tried to scape few minutes after, i'm sure they are both female, any of you has a similar experiense to share, or any suggestions

thank you

Just like people, geckos have their own individual personalities. Some are going to be more excepting of a roomate than others. Even though it's two females, there's no guarantee that they will get along. It can be very stressful to them especially if the enclosure isn't large enough or if there aren't plenty of separate hide spots. I tend to keep almost all of my geckos in separate enclosures regardless of their sex.
