Hey guys so I rescued my first male tokay yesterday! Just wondering if I have the tank to crowded for acclimation or if its just fine?



And here he is at 41 grams, obviously not comfortable with his new home since he's so dark.. I think he's only come out once so far to go poop ha.. hopefully ill get some good pics of him soon!

Nice looking tank. Just make sure he has plenty of vertical stuff to hide behind so he's not stuck on the ground. He's going to want to hide most of the time for a while. Leave him alone and give him time to adjust. Good luck with the acclimation.

Thanks, yeah its hard to just leave him alone, I want move stuff around to look at him all the time but Im doing my best to try and just ignore the cage lol, he was out a minute ago but as soon as I walked in the door he bolted right away, I put a couple large crickets in for the night, hopefully he eats them.
