Default Can a young male tokay live with an adult female?

In my other thread it was said that my female tokay is adult now (28cm/85g)
And i h ave a male tokay as well (27cm/75g), would it be ok to move him in with the female if they get along?, hes been calling like crazy from his viv.

Sure, they're pretty equal in size. Just keep an eye on them to make sure the get along...and if they do get along, be prepared for breeding.

It isnt as important that a male is "big" for mating as it is that a female is, considering the female lay the eggs and lose energy by that?, males can be small and fertile anyway? or am i wrong?

Correct. If the male is calling, he's sexually mature. And as long as he's big enough to not get eaten by the female, he should be fine. But from what you say, he isn't really much smaller. So everything should be ok.
