73.4degF (23degC) to 75.2degF (24degC) is lower than the optimal 80degF (26.7degC) to 86degF (30degC), left as is they may or may not hatch because of temperature alone, but expect very long incubation times in excess of 200 days if they do.
If the eggs are fertile there is a much lower chance of them hatching at lower temperatures.
What to do with them is up to you.

I haven't bred Tokays, but have experience with a close relative - G. smithii (stentor). With 3.6 geckos in the group, there were times when the prime egg laying spots were filled to capacity, so the females would start laying them farther down, away from the heat source. They also glue the eggs, so I was worried about what to do with them. What really surprised me is that they (being communal) took turns basking, then sitting on the lower eggs. I can't say for sure, but I suspect they were warming the eggs, can't think of any other explanation. They didn't do this for the eggs close to the heat, and stopped it when the eggs hatched, so all I could think of was that they were transferring heat, somewhat like birds would.
I wouldn't try to move the eggs, more chance of breaking them than saving them. The females have a better idea of where to lay the eggs, so she must have had a reason for picking that spot. You might even catch her warming them like I mentioned. In my case, all the adults took turns, even the males.

How old are the eggs? In such a cool spot, it could take a few weeks before there's any easily detected development. I'd leave them alone, see what happens in a couple of months.

Didn't you just move her in with the male??? If she's been living alone, the eggs she's laid wouldn't be fertile.
