Default temps on cold days

hi everybody, I would like to know how do you keep the right temperatures on winter season, here the temps usually go down to 37°F at the lower point (early Jan-early Feb), my enclosure is 3.3 feet tall, I think a heat glo would do the trick, but I also need to know:

-how many watts should be fine?
-inside or outside the enclosure?
-any trick to increase temps is wellcome!!!!!
-any personal experience is also important

please!!! pics can be so helpful and illustrative

Thanks!!!!

You only keep your house temps at 37 degrees??? Or do you keep your tokay outside?
If it's outside, you probably should bring it inside for winter at least. Wattage depends on what you have for a set up and how many degrees you're really going to need to raise the temps.
