Default My substrate is alive :o/

I have a problem.
I clean my terrarium with my white lines once a week. Change the substrate (mulch) and wipes all surfaces with desinfectionwipes.
But after a few days the substrate comes "alive"
Little white dots, that are moving very fast.. It is really disgusting.
What is it, and how do I prevent it?
I dont pressume that white lines can thrive in sand as substrate instead?

They are most likely springtails, which is a good thing. I would not be concerned as they will break down feces and urates for you. All part of a living terrarium. There is also no reason to change bedding once a week, I go months even years if you are doing it correctly. A simple spot cleaning will suffice.
