This is my juvi tokay gecko. I am trying to sex them. To me it looks to be a male. Is this actually correct or did I botch the sexing of them? What do you think this is a boy or girl? Any help would be great. Thanks everyone.
Oh Just thought of something else. I am curious as to why my gecko hides on the floor and on the back side of a piece of wood that I have in there that is low in the tank. I don't ever see him chilling on the glass like on so many others have.
The tank on the hot side is roughly 80*. I know I need to make a wood canopy so that I can keep more heat in for sure. Any suggestions that may help???
male for sure. look at the femoral pores. sometimes they can appear slightly in adult females. males start to show them at a pretty young age, and they are extremely noticeable as adults.
