Default Tokay Swollen Joint

I've been keeping tokay geckos for few years but this is my first time to encounter this bulge in my gecko and the bulge is soft. According to few informations gathered from the internet I diagnose it to be early sign of MBD.
I really need second opinion from other keepers.

It don't shows any weird reaction when I touch and apply minimum pressure on the swelling area.

I know I need to bring it to the vet for professional advice but there are no any vets in my place who can treat reptiles.

I would not suggest attempting to care for that on your own. I would take it to a vet. Just because a vet doesn't "specialize" in reptiles, doesn't mean that they can't provide wound care. They're certainly going to be better equipped to deal with it than you are. And you're likely to need antibiotics and/or other medications that will require a prescription.
