Here's my exchange: I can't ever imagine these large (and typically very active) lizards being happy in such small enclosures...
Also, some of the tokays (especially the right one in the third picture) look very skinny.
How long have you had them? Are you planning on keeping them in these small tanks permanently, or are they just quarantine tanks?

I would assume that like most tokays in the Philippines, these are being raised to be sold for profit as "medicine". At which point they are killed, dried, and eaten.
