Tokay Rehab Time
Well I haven't posted in a while I've been busy with my new job but I happened to stop bt the recent reptile expo in my city. And found a guy selling tokays. They were definitely in bad shape and basically the reason I bought them. Definitely wild caught and the one is very black colored and sick. They were only 10 dollars I have two big healthy tokays myself and o couldn't watch these two rot and die. Firstly they were both very dehydrated. The one seems healthier that the other. The one that's worse will not climb at all which is a sure sjgnnsomethings wrong with your tokay. The other one is climbing and drinking droplets off the wall etc. This one seems healthier I made and appointment for both of them on thurssday im almost positive they both have parasites. The healthier one is pretty nice colored and stays around dark teal definetly a male because of the pores. The black worse health one is probably female. Hard to tell their age because of hoe skinny they are they males head is rather large but the body is tiny in comparison. Its goingto take a lot of effort on my part to bring them back to health. I have a bad feeling about the female though. Im keeping it pretty warm and humid so they regain hydration and etc. I will post pictures but atm im not trying to stress them too much. You can understa.
