Hey, I know you told me this little Tok was from a wild Powder Blue bred to a cb female that was from a Leucistic x Powder pairing. If I recall, the possible double het female is normal looking right?

I'm going to have to try this combo myself. I can't wait to see how your guy transitions into it's adult colors. Please keep us posted, thanks.

Sweet! How many eggs from this pairing do you have cooking? Unless the lucy gene ends up somehow being co-dom (which doesn't seem to be the case with anyone I know that's bred them), it'll likely color up as a normal patternless powder blue (which has been proven simple recessive). But, if it's a male, it'll be a good one to breed back to it's mom next season to see if you can't get something crazy to pop out.

The tail is what really surprised me when it hatched out.

Yep it was produced from a WC Powder Blue male to a cb Female that was produced from a PB to Leucistic. I have to check but I think I've got atleast 5 or 6 more eggs from this pair, should see a few more in about 3 weeks.

I also forgot to mention this one was an escapeee that I found in the corner of my room behind the dresser. I got lucky!

Jt
He's really neat. Looks different than my pb hatchlings. That tail is cool.
I'm really happy to see "grand kids" popping up on here now from my original pairing. This is the main reason why I love this community. I'm glad the dh's are doing well for ya!
Congrats
M

Yep the tail is the coolest thing about this guy. Too bad it won't stay that way. So far one powder blue and five normals. Plenty more eggs to go though.
