Default Tokay eggs: where to incubate?

Do most of you who breed tokays leave the eggs with the adults in the cage? Or do you prefer to pull them out and incubate them (If glued on cardboard)?

I just leave them in the cage to incubate. I have took them out of the cage before but it is just as easy to leave them in.

Thanks Cliff, that's what I figured. I plan on leaving them in there to hatch since tokays are such good parents.
