Default Question regarding handling

Hi there
Well, I have had my male tokay since a Year and a half now, and I think it's time to grab it at least once. The thing is i'm worried about the guy cutting off his tail, so what i'm asking is :
do tokays tend to autotomize their tails easily?

I'm not planning to grab the poor guy every friggin' day, but I want to do it just once and see what it feels like.

no they usually dont loose their tails very easy. Just a hint if you want to grab him, throw a wash rag or small towel over his head then grab him (less chance you will bet bit)

Tile is great, if your lizards are indigenous to your bathroom
