Default Hello from Kentucky!

Hi,

My name is Stacey. I have 1 crested gecko, named skylar, currently unsexed due to age. He/she was hatched on 7/19/08. Breeder called him/her a Harlequin, but others say not. I dont really care one way or the other.

I also have 1 ball python, 3 shih tzu's and 2 persian cats, and 1 husband.

I have only had my crested about 3 weeks now. He/she is settling in nicely. Eating drinking and pooping!

Here is a video of skylar that shot tonight. And a picture of my setup.

He has two rock hides, tons of vines, two dowel rods for climbing, a rock water bowl temps generally stay between 71 to 78 and humidity stays 50 - 55 without misting. Although I do mist.

Hi Stacey

It is hard to tell what kind of morph you have with your video, however, you could have a flame as I don't see a lot of pattern on the fore legs. Here is a website that can help you decide: morphs_colors

A great book to get that explains the different morphs is Rhactodactylus by Fast, Repashy and DeJovilse (last name is spelled wrong here)

Here is a picture the breeder took. I dont have a very good camera to get an up close view

from what i see, he's not a true flame but yet not a true harly either.... maybe a mixture of both.

I just noticed this. If you turn your head to the right and look at his head, you can see a face!
