Default hey all new gecko owner (rescue)

hello GU nice to be a part of this site

i wasnt planning on keeping geckos originally. i had 2 Turtles a male and a female (April an Donatello) for a project then found a neighbour had a male bearded dragon looking in quite a bad state so i offered to take it and rehome it with a friend. i kept it for 3 months doubled its weight then rehomed him in a massive viv with a friend that knows his reptiles job 1 done!!. then the same neighbors within that time had gone and got a leopard gecko from a free paper.and it was in a worse state than the dragon he was cold very grey dry like skin looked to be broken shed very skinny and a slim tail. he was in a exo terra terrarium 45x45x45 with no bulbs but an average house lamp energy saver Dirty sand and a background made out of styrene foam which was eaten through by the crickets. Long story short i took the gecko and left them with the terrarium because they wanted to put rats in it (think im gunna go to the pet store to get them to stop selling these people pets)(AFTER DOING A WHOLE LOT OF RESEARCH INTO THESE LIL BEAUTYS) got 3Ft fish tank a medium hide,a little decorative bucket which i cut in half and drilled a hole for an entrance then some terrarium moss a large heat matt, slate chips(lrg size),a 1.5ft 2%uv strip light because contrary to many beleifs these animals do need uv but in very small doses and in most cases if you make the hides as natural as possible the gecko will lay all day in here and the uv light will penetrate to the bottom depths of a hide(unless its plastic) also in studies it is seen that they poke theyre heads out of the hide. The geckos skin is very thin and able to absorb any amount of uv very quickly.as i said when i started i knew nothing and due to a close friend who has mucho experience in these sort of things i now know a Lot about keeping these lovely creatures but what im looking for help with is types, species, variations and abnomilies in these lizards i will photograph everything i can.i believe i have sexed my gecko correctly she has no pores event tho people that had her said she was a he.

She is about 8.5-9.5 inches in length
weighs 54.6 grams
very active just doesnt eat all that often at the mo but only been 3 weeks
Named her Jules
i think shes just a normal leopard but maybe you guys can help me with that

Thanks
