    Default Denmark checking in!

    Hi everybody!

My name is Tea and I'm from Denmark. I have been keeping turtles (1.2 Testudo Hermanni) for 10-11 years now, and about a year ago I begun venturing into other reptiles. I started out with 2 bearded dragons (Vitticeps), which quickly became three adults, and two weeks ago I got my first two hatchlings!

The interest for geckos sparked when I went to a reptile convention and impulse bought (I know this is a no-no ) a crested gecko. Fortunately the breeder gave me good information, and I bought the whole juvenile set-up + deco and food at the convention. Since that I've been reading more and more about geckos, and my wish list so far is:

    Strophurus sp.
    Oedura Robusta
    Rhacodactylus Leachianus
    Rhacodactylus Chahoua
    Lygodactylus Williamsi
    Lepidodactylus Lugubris

And maybe a few more Correlophus Cilliatus, when my little one is fully grown!

If anyone knows anything about the possibilities of shipping animals from Germany or so to Denmark - please chip in! I don't have a driver's license, so going to cons in Germany is not so easy

I've already enjoyed this forum for a while, and decided to join recently

Welcome to GU. That sounds like an ambitious list. I hope you have space for keeping and lots of time for feeding. My understanding is that most of the US/Europe sales occur at Hamm. It may be best to ask someof the Danish or German reptile people how they do it. A number of US breeders will advertise on their websites that they can ship to Hamm.
