HELP! Very "green" gecko owner, and worried about regurgitation..

I just got my baby Leo about four days ago, I've been reading nonstop pretty much since then but there's a bit of conflicting info out there. So, I learned that the pet stores are the worst about actually telling you how to care for your small pets... first of all.
I was told to get these bulbs, yada, yada, well in reading I've found out that the infrared bulb could be disturbing to Alo's active/rest schedule so I turned the infrared bulb off at night (other heating source). She ate a good bit, I noticed this morning there were fewer crickets in the tank... but also there was this capsule of dismembered cricket parts which I assume to be regurgitated...

Did she just eat too much, could the crickets be too big, is it stress? She seems otherwise fine. She is totally okay even with my hand in the tank and will walk around (eyes alert) while I'm getting stuff.

I'm worried though. What should I do?

    Pls and thx.

How many crickets did you put in at a time?
I’m a noob when it comes to leopard geckos too but I’ve heard it’s a good thing to only put in enough food for your Leo to eat in 15 minutes
