Default name this geckooooo

Hello all,

so almost 6 months ago, I acquired two new lizards to the already time consuming project. Both were in very poor condition, and very neglected for the first 4-6 months of its life. one was a tokay gecko (my he is a fiesty F*cker still. still bites but im okay with this lol). He was in a cracked 5gallon hexagon (plastic) tank with only sand for a substrate... and a singular 40 watt incandescent. no temp gauges, no humidity gauges DISGUSTING TANK.
The second gecko in question came in a broken 10gallon (hole in tank) tank with nothing. No substrate, no hides, NOTHING. neither gecko looked very healthy and wouldnt run from me when i tried to pick them up; but i cant let something die after i knowingly have seen such conditions...

But I have placed both in new tanks, and both seem to be doing fantastic now. i had thought the gecko was a madagascar gecko or maybe a day gecko because he had greenish velvet skin. Now that he isnt so homely looking (no recessed eyes and such) he has a very warm brown hue to him. Idk I will let you see the pictures... Maybe i can be informed as to what kind of gecko i have? very social lizard, almost as social as my water dragon, and hes very very social, and a total picture whore haha. And i apologise for the photos but he hasnt gotten friendly with the camera yet lol
