Default Uroplatus lineatus- abcess- HELP

i recently bought a cb trio of U. lineatus and when i opened the box, the male had this weird lump under his eye. Does anyone know what it is? I think that it is an abcess. Do i need to get it lanced? And who would be responsible for this?

Looks like an abscess to me and probably does need to be lanced; it may involve anesthesia and antibiotics as well. Usually these are blunt trauma kinds of things from banging the head (or whatever part is involved).

Responsibility? Right now it's your responsibility. Whatever else happens is between you and the seller. If it was swollen when you opened the box after an overnight shipment, my best guess is that it was present when the animals were boxed up.

Good luck.
