Hello!
I agree with miguel camacho!
I thought my Henkeli was not eating, but realized it was exactly that...he didn't like to be watched. I put only a couple bugs in with him at a time and made sure the bugs were gone in a couple days. Keep a close eye out for feces. If he's having bowl movements, then he must be eating. If he's eating well and still getting thinner...you have a problem and vet attention may be best, but they can be sensitive animals. Don't stress him out too much by getting de-wormer right off the bat. Being WC, he probably needs more time to adjust, I mean really...he's probably already pretty stressed. On that note...try not to do anything to create more stress for him like too much handling ( or traveling to vet hospitals  )
Also, it would be wise to make sure your temps, humidity, and the enclosure itself are just right for the sikorae species. I hope he gets well soon for you!
