can it be done

Hello all I have been out of the gecko game for a while but still have a lot of love for them. My question is, I live in sunny Tucson , AZ and am very interested in purchasing some satanics and all the reading I have done says that they are extremly heat sensitive (problem for the desert). I have read to put them under the AC vent (I have a swamp cooler) but I am wondering if you guys have any suggestions about how I can be succesful with theses guy. Thanks for all responses ahead of time.
