Buy a copy of Reptile Medicine & Surgery, 2nd Ed. Find a vet willing to do fecals and blood tests, and give him the book to reference dosage and type of any meds needed. You'll walk out of the vets office with properly treated animals, and easy measured doses of anything else they need to get de-parasitized and wormed.
Much easier than trying to guess, dose and treat the animals yourself.
