Since my female sikorea was laying only duds, i decided to give it a try with another male. Now, 2 days later, bingo!!
Just came into the room, and saw the male making his move. But then i saw the female bobbing her head as the male was getting on top of her.
Like a male chameleon does when he approches a female. First time i have seen this, anyone else noticed same behaviour?

While I've never witnessed sikorae breeding, I've seen a few other species breeding. In those, I haven't seen head bobbing, but I've seen head shaking.

My pair of sikorae have been going at it like a bunch of teenagers the past week or so. I've noticed the female bobbing/slowing shaking her head when the male is mounting her a couple times. Kinda reminds me of my bearded dragons . . .

My first pair sikorea`s acted the same way. I put them together and no less then 5 minutes later..... few hours later.... few days later...
