Hi,
I have a pair of Uroplatus sikorae that I've had for well over a year now. The female has laid a handful of infertile clutches in the last couple months and has never produced fertile eggs. Is perhaps the male not doing his job? Or are there any other factors that may be involved?

I have attached pix of the last batch of eggs and of both of their rear ends!

Does she have a good calcium store in her chalk sacs? Those eggs don't look well calcified at all and so you may want to supplement their diet better.

Give it time. Fertile ones will come.

How should I check her chalk sacs?

They should be easily visible and full of calcium at the base of the jaw...

I had the same with my sikorea, also never saw them mating.
Luckly, i have a second male and introduced the female to him. Now i can say for sure that there has been a male input to the cause...
