Exclamation Help Smokey/Cloudy Eye. Phantasticus

One of my females have a little portion of the center of her eye look like the water deposit on glass. I think they may be a common problem among many reptiles. The entire eye isn't cloudy. It looks like the very outer layer has like residue. Is there anyone who has experience with this. I'm cleaning out a tank for quarantine. Thanks

Could this possibly be just a small piece of stuck shed? Perhaps it will come off the next time your gecko sheds.

My other thought was that it could possibly be a scar. I've seen some geckos that have scarred eyes from jumping and catching it on a stick or something similar. Sometimes it happens during breeding as well. Just a thought anyway. Any possibility of that being the cause?

Actually I think you are right. She is a voracious eater compared to the others. I think it might be a scar from pouncing a lot. She still acts normal and there has been no drop it weight and she is still feeding hardily. It doesn't seem to bother her at all. Some of it actually receded already, but I'm not sure if it will entirely go away or maybe a shed will get rid of it. It looks very shallow and on the surface. For the time being, it doesn't seem detrimental or life threatening.
