Tonight I offered my U. Lineatus a mixture of water and day gecko diet and a mixture of water and crested gecko diet. I was surprised to find out that the male actually ate some from a spoon. I left a small amount of each in a couple plastic tops at the bottom of their enclosure. It will be interesting to see if they eat anymore. Anyone had any type of success in feeding the mix diets to their U. Lineatus? It was probably just a fluke. Just curious though.
We tried it with our henkeli, but he didn't take it. We were told that Uroplatus don't eat the Repashy diets, so we never tried it again..... But maybe we should try it again....
It was very surprising. Last night they did eat/drink more out of the day gecko mixture than the crested gecko mixture. I was shocked that they actually ate as much as they did. I am going to video tape the night tomorrow, in hopes to get it caught on video. Thanks for the feedback.
