She looks like she is doing much better. she let me pick her up last night after a late misting. and today her toung looks like it is back inside her mouth. She is an almost all white phase with 3 green bars and her color looks normal. I will have to get some pic of my sikorae on my photobucket so you can see a few of them

It might have made it up to 83 (F) but Regardless leaftails do not like that kind of heat. I have in the past lost a gecko shortly after a hot spell in the summer when the power went out and so did the AC. So this kind of thing is like a reacuring nightmare!

You are suspose to cycle them with a rain season for breeding? I have never heard of this before. I had 2 females last year lay a total of 16 eggs and I never did anything different. they were acually in a clear plastic tote being quarinteened when they started to lay so i just left them in it for awhile

I would like to see her

I could just imagene a nightmare it must be, but it sounds like she is going to be alright.
But I think uroplatus are a difficulet species to be clever on. sometimes they die whitout a clue for the keeper and othertimes they are a bit stronger(CB) and manage to go trough some tough times ex. if the AC crashes.

You arnt suppose to, but I have just heard goodthings about it, so Im giving it a shot. It cant hurt
