Default Uroplatus Calcium Supplementation

If you guys dont mind I had a few questions about some things just to kind of see what everyone else is doing. I have 1.1 ebenaui. My male isnt doing too well and I think its a calcium crash. I been supplementing every other feeding with either Zoo-Med's supplements (Reptivite and some samples I got from a show a while back of their no d3 and d3 formulas). I was wondering though somethings:

1.) What species do you guys have?
2.) How often do you supplement? What brand? d3 or no? Any change in breeding success with whether or not you do or dont or even specific brand?
3.) Lighting? Noticed any difference in breeding success with the type of lighting you are using?
4.) Do you get egggs? How often? (All species are fine but mainly looking for ebenaui).

Thanks.

I use repcal with great success...Uroplatus and Phelsuma...
I dust with repcal just about every feeding, extra for females! about twice a month with Herptivite...

I never used UV until recently. Someone gave me a couple UV strips and I decided to use them on some of the tanks with plants...They definitely make the colors of the Uroplatus a lot nicer/more vivid...But thats about it...
It would be tough to say that the UV is completely useless with Uroplatus, because, there is no way of determining that...
But, on the otherhand, I have successfully bred/raised Henkels without UV and even with out much light at all...with the proper supplementation of course...

I havent bred my Uroplatus yet, but i keep them with UV-lighting (reptiglo 5.0 for all, and 5.0+2.0 on some tanks). I also dust with Korvimin ZVT+ Reptile on every feeding (3ish times a week).
