Its a little tougher to tell at that size...Their pattern is the most telling when the first hatch out.
The head looks like it is a more solid color, with a lighter band/collar around the neck...
Females usully have a solid collar around their neck.
You wont be able to tell anything by using hemepenal buldges until atleast 6-9 months of age, depending on size.
